At Smilykart Service Private Limited, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy as outlined below:

  1. Product Will be Delivered with in 7 days 

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1 You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
1.3 Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate items, and custom-made products may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the product listing for specific refund details.

2. Refund Process

2.1 To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@ezabuy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2.2 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

3.1 If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, first check your bank account again.
3.2 Then, contact your credit card company or bank. There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
